l  Lid hinge and lock plate as well as lid lock are adjusted.
–  Fit rubber buffers onto both sides of lid.
   
–  Install adjustment buffer -1- in sealing channel so that the adjustment buffer can still just be moved by hand.
–  Slide adjustment buffer -1- to uppermost position -arrow-.
–  Close lid completely and open again.

–  Slide adjustment buffer -1- in sealing channel on both sides and set upper dimension to -a- = 1...2 mm and tighten bolt -2-. Prescribed torque: 10 Nm
l  The lid must close without great force and must have no play up or down when closed. The lid is lifted slightly by the pretension when unlocking the lock.
