Installing > < Removing and installing assembly carrier (cabriolet)

Removing
–  Remove front door trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. Gr.70.
–  Remove lock cylinder housing → Chapter
   
–  Unclip clip -1- from door handle.
  N57-0214
–  Remove screws -1-. Prescribed torque: 20 Nm

–  Unclip wiring harness and disconnect connections -arrows-.
–  Remove bolts/screws -1-, -3- and nut -2-. Pull top of assembly carrier off door, raise and lift out of door to hinge side of door.

–  Turn assembly carrier and pull connector off door lock.
–  Pull wiring harness through assembly carrier.
–  Then unclip clips for electrical cables on back of mounting plate.
