  Note
t  Air conditioner compressor can be removed for some installation jobs on vehicle without refrigerant circuit having to be opened, e.g. (Removing and installing engine, removing and installing bracket for air conditioner compressor).
t  To avoid damage to condenser as well as refrigerant lines and hoses, ensure that lines and hoses are not stretched, pinched or bent.
t  If air conditioner compressor has to be separated from refrigerant circuit, take vehicle to a workshop with trained mechanics (specialist workshops for air conditioning systems), the refrigerant must be evacuated with air conditioning service station -VAS 6007 A- first → Chapter, Removing and installing refrigerant lines from air conditioner compressor, → Chapter.
