Securing air conditioner compressor to body > < Routing poly V-belt

t  Torque wrench (5...50 Nm) -V.A.G 1331-
  Note
t  The bracket for air conditioner compressor and related components can be removed and installed without the refrigerant circuit being opened.
t  Remove poly V-belt → Rep. Gr.13.

1 - Bracket for injection pump, alternator, air conditioner compressor and power steering vane pump
q   Removing:
–  Remove injection pump → Item.
–  Remove alternator → Item.
–  Remove power steering vane pump → Item.
–  Remove air conditioner compressor from bracket → Item and fasten it to body (refrigerant hoses remain connected).
–  Unscrew bracket for air conditioner compressor from cylinder block.

3 - Power steering vane pump
q   Removing: → Running gear, axles, steering; Rep. Gr.48
4 - Hexagon combi-bolt
q   M 10 x 65
q   45 Nm

q   Removing: → Electrical system; Rep. Gr.27
10 - Poly V-belt
q   Removing → Rep. Gr.13
q   Routing poly V-belt → Chapter
