t  Torque wrench (5...50 Nm) -V.A.G 1331-
Removing
–  Remove glove box. → General body repairs, interior; Rep. Gr.68
–  Remove trim underneath steering column. → General body repairs, interior; Rep. Gr.68
–  Remove centre trim. → Chapter
–  Remove trim underneath centre dash panel. → General body repairs, interior; Rep. Gr.68
  W00-0427
–  Unscrew bolts -3- (25 Nm) from tunnel cross piece -4-.
–  Pull connecting piece -1- in direction of driver-side footwell -arrow- out of seal -2- to rear duct -3-.
Installing
Install in reverse order.
