The lugs (arrow -1-) locate in the recesses (arrow -2-) of the synchronizer ring -B-.

The recesses in the shoulder (arrows) locate with the lugs of the outer-ring (arrow refer to Fig. 17)

Slide operating sleeve over synchronizer hub.

The recesses for locking pieces in synchronizer hub and operating sleeve must align.

Insert locking pieces and install springs 120° offset
