T10111 Retaining clamp

Removing 
-

Remove driver's side lower cover

-

Install retaining clamp T10111 into over-center spring from the right side.

Make sure that the retaining clamp is placed correctly on the over-center spring:
1 - The retaining clamp claws have to contact with the over-center spring rear part exactly over the segment -1-.
2- Press the clutch pedal lightly in direction of bulkhead.

Install the retaining clamp lug -2- in the recesses of the over-center spring.

Now press the clutch pedal to the bulkhead until the over-center spring can be removed from the mounting bracket mountings and the clutch pedal.

Bring clutch pedal to rest position.

Turn over-center spring with the retaining clamp T10111 in direction of arrow -A- and remove downward in direction of arrow -B- when doing
this.

Installing 
-

Pull clutch pedal into passenger compartment.
