The piston is pushed back.
Brake pads with specified direction
1 - Right-hand piston side brake pad
2 - Left-hand piston side brake pad; for vehicles from model year 2001 with wear indicator

Insert brake pads.
When installed the arrow on the brake pad backplate - A - must point downward. Please pay attention to this!

Install outer brake pad on brake carrier.

Remove protective foil off outer brake pad backplate.
