Fuel Gauge Sender: Service and Repair
Fuel Gauge Sender, Removing And Installing
Removing
-
Remove fuel delivery unit.
-
Release line connector lugs -3- and -4- and pull off.
-
Lift up retaining lugs -1- and -2- using a screwdriver and pull fuel sender off downward -arrows-.
Installing
-
Insert fuel gauge sender in guides on fuel delivery unit and push up until it engages.
-
Connect terminals for wires and lock.

Install fuel delivery unit.
