Remove bolts - 1 - and remove wiring harness support - 2 -.

-

Install in reverse order of removal.

NOTE:  Replace clips for wiring harness.

Removing

Removing tailgate trim.

-

Unclip pull rods - 4 - and - 6 - (USA).

-

Disconnect connector - 17 -.

-

Disconnect micro switch connector - 12 - and unclip connector from retaining plate.

-

Remove bolts - 11 -.

-

Remove retaining plate - 15 -.

-

Remove carrier with micro switch
