Removing

-

Remove Bowden cable.

-

Remove Torx screws -1- and separate form Flap module's main frame.

NOTE:  These Torx screws are ones used to adjust clearances around small trims.

Installing

-

Install in reverse order of removal.

For vehicles with power convertible top without large flap base and flap servomotor from 06.04 to 11.04, flap servomotor is installed in right rear side of
luggage compartment, just like a by pass meanwhile convertible top control unit is modified to do this function.

Removing

-

Remove right luggage compartment trim.

-

Remove flap servomotor -1- connections -arrow-..

-

Loose support nuts -2-.

-

Remove flap servomotor with support -3-.

NOTE:  Control unit for parking distance control also will be fixed to support if vehicle has this system).

-

If necessary remove screws -4- from support.

Installing

-

Install in reverse order of removal.

Remove main frame for flap module.
