Fuel Rail: Locations

Intake Manifold Lower Part / Fuel Rail / Injectors, Assembly Overview 

Engine Codes AVH, AZG

1. Fuel pressure regulator
2. O-ring

Before installing moisten with clean engine oil

3. Vacuum hose

To intake manifold - upper part

4. Air pipe
5. Air hose

-

For air shrouded injectors

6. O-ring

Before installing moisten with clean engine oil

7. Injector (-N30-to-N33-)

Air shrouded

-

Checking quantity injected and for leaks:

8. 20 Nm
9. Intake manifold - lower part

10. Seal
11. Fuel rail
12. 10 Nm
13. Securing clip

-

Check for secure seating

14. Cable guide

Clipped onto fuel rail

15. To fuel return hose to fuel delivery unit in fuel tank
