Separate front exhaust line -A-.

-

Remove cross support -B- below exhaust system.

-

Unscrew exhaust manifold from subframe (arrows) and unhook it.

-

Loosen heat shield -C- in forward area.

-

Remove heat shield -D-.

-

Unbolt selector housing from body.

-

Swing shift housing down and remove with selector cables.

Installing 
Installation is performed in the reverse sequence. Note the following:

The cable locks have holes for securing them on the gear selector lever or the relay lever.
