The holes in the cable locks have various diameters.

Application 

-

The cable locks no longer need to be replaced following disassembly.

Spread a small quantity of polyurea grease Part no. G 000 450 02 on pins (arrows) of gear shift lever -1- and relay lever -2-.

Note:  Always replace securing clips -3- and -4- after disassembling

Secure gear selector cable with securing clip -3- and gate selector cable with securing clip -4-.

Adjust selector mechanism.

Tightening torques 
-

Shift housing to body: Bolt, 25 Nm

Selector cable support bracket to transmission:  Hex Bolt, 25 Nm
