If the opposite window drops, locate the part number of either window regulator or window motor that is NOT part of the column "Updated Design Part
number" listed below. --> Required Parts and Tools

Tip:

In most cases the last part(s) installed (after the update) will be the cause. 

If the opposite window does not drop, locate part number of either window regulator or window motor that is NOT part of the column "Original System
Part Number" listed below. --> Required Parts and Tools.

Replace component previously installed with correct part number (matching numbers) from the table below to ensure system compatibility. DO NOT
mix original with updated parts) --> Required Parts and Tools.

Adapt the window using Guided Fault Finding.

Install the door panel, see Repair Manual Group 64 in ElsaWeb.

Tip:

During any repair which requires part replacement, care MUST be taken to ensure compatibility of replacement parts with the installed system. 

Tip:

Upgrades of window motors & regulators are only allowed under the conditions described in Technical Bulletin. 2011804. No warranty claims will be
paid for system upgrades under the provisions of this Technical Bulletin.
