Cycle (lower and lift) all windows one time using the "All" window switch -E189- (arrow) located in the driver's door panel.
If "All" window switch -E189- is inoperative.

Cycle (lower and lift) windows one time using the key in the Driver's door lock.

Convertible Top Operation Switch -E137- should be operational.
