Secure reservoir of ATF charging system VAG 1924 to vehicle.

Drive vehicle onto a four-post hoist or over an assembly pit so that vehicle is absolutely level.

Remove sound insulation (arrows).

Place drip tray VAG 1306 underneath transmission. - Start engine and run at idling speed.
WARNING: Wear eye protection.

Remove ATF control plug (arrow -1-) when ATF temperature reaches 35°C.
