Power steering pump in lower section, assembly overview 

Vehicles with power steering pump in lower section 
1. Bracket
2. Hex. bolt

^

25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.) 

3. Banjo bolt

^

38 Nm (28 ft. lbs.) 

4. Pressure hose
5. Seal

^

Always replace

6. Suction hose
7. Hose clamp
8. Power steering pump

^

Before installing fill with oil

9. Belt pulley

10. Socket-head bolt

^

25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.) 

11. Ribbed belt 

^

Mark the direction of travel using a crayon or marker before removing the ribbed belt. Reinstalling a used belt in the opposite direction could
damage the belt.

When installing the belt, make sure that it is correctly seated in the pulleys. 

^

Determine parts number from Parts Supplier
