The approved maintenance and installation work for the CD changer installed in MY 99 through 07.02, are described in the following.

‹› Prior to installation, observe the following assembly instructions. 

‹› Always install the CD changer according to the following instructions. 

Installation location: Inside the luggage compartment on the left side in the rear, directly behind the folding rear seat backrest.

The preparation for the CD changer (R41) (wiring harness and harness connector) is visible on the inside left rear of the luggage compartment.

Installing the Bracket

Remove the luggage compartment floor

A marking (CD) is located on the back of the luggage compartment floor.

Cut the marked area - arrow - out.
