Disconnect brake lines from brake master cylinder and seal brake lines using plugs from repair kit (1H0 698 311 A). 

-

Remove nuts from master brake cylinder.

-

Carefully remove brake master cylinder from brake booster.

Installing

-

Installation is in reverse order of removal.

Pay particular attention to the following:

-

When installing brake master cylinder onto brake booster, make sure push rod is correctly located in brake master cylinder.

After installing, bleed brake system:

‹› Vehicles with ABS Mark 60 from 10.00 => [ Brake System Bleeding General Information ] See: Brake Bleeding/Service and Repair/Brake

System Bleeding General Information.

Bleed clutch.

Initiate basic setting.
