‹› Remove and install along with release bearing => [ Release Bearing, Removing and Installing ] See: Clutch Release Mechanism

‹› Lubricate contact area at ball stud with MoS2 grease

Release bearing

‹› Do not wash bearing, only wipe off

‹› Replace noisy bearings

‹› Removing from clutch release lever and inserting into clutch release lever => [ Release Bearing, Removing and Installing ] See: Clutch

Release Mechanism

‹› Lubricate contact area at release lever with MoS2 grease

Bolt with collar, 20 Nm

Clutch slave cylinder

‹› Removing and installing => [ Slave Cylinder ] See: Clutch Hydraulic System/Clutch Slave Cylinder/Service and Repair.

Plunger

‹› Lubricate end of plunger with MoS2 grease

Assembly bolt

‹› Secures clutch release lever when installing transmission

‹› Remove after transmission is installed

‹› If assembly bolt => [ (Item 12) Assembly bolt ] is not present, M8 x 35 bolt can be used.
