‹› Flex joint in front exhaust pipe must not be bent more than 10 degrees, otherwise it may be damaged.

Remove crossmember - B - below exhaust system.

Loosen shield plate - C - in front area.

Remove shield plate - D -.

-

Remove shift mechanism housing from body.

-

Swing shift mechanism housing down and remove with shift cables. 

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Holes in cable retainers have different diameters.
