CAUTION!
The path of the brake pedal must not be shortened by extra floor mats. 

‹› Grease all bearing areas with grease (G 000 602 ) before assembling.

Mounting bracket

Self-locking hex nut, 20 Nm

Brake light switch (F) for vehicles up to 02.00

‹› Secure brake pedal at brake booster push rod before installing brake light switch => [ Hold ball head of push rod in front of mount

and press brake pedal toward brake booster so that the ball head engages audibly. ] See: Brake Pedal to Brake Booster, Disconnecting and Connecting.

‹› Check function of brake light

‹› Secure brake pedal at brake booster push rod before installing brake light switch => [ Hold ball head of push rod in front of mount
