Insert ignition key - 1 - into lock cylinder -  2 -.

Using water pump pliers, push lock cylinder out of button -  3 - in direction of arrow.

Installation

-

Press lock cylinder into button opening until it engages audibly.

Removal

Remove glove compartment. Refer to => [ Glove Compartment ]. See: Storage Compartments, Covers and Trim/Glove Compartment

Press out plastic pin of locking damper from left side using pliers in direction of - arrow -.
