Using a rivet remover tool, remove rivet. Access upper webbing.

Tip:

Notice orientation of eyelet and two webbings (lower and upper).

Using a scale measure -arrow- and mark 25 mm from upper webbing hole (go towards top).

Tip:

Use a highly visible color to mark webbing.

Create an opening with a pick in center of marked upper webbing, as shown.

Tip:

Open webbing just enough to get rivet to come through.

Fold upper webbing over when installing, as shown.
