Door Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair

Front Door

Lock Cylinder Housing

Removing

Pry out cover cap - 1 - for bolt - 2 -. 

-

Loosen bolt - 1 - using Socket Insert (T10011) and, while doing so, press bolt - 1 - against mounting bracket - 3 - in door (this in turn slides
locking mechanism - 4 - for lock cylinder housing in mounting bracket -  arrow -).

Pull lock cylinder housing - 2 - out of door handle mounting bracket.
