Work sequence

• ‒ Remove injection pump.
• ‒ → Remove circlip -1- and spring washer -2- and washer -3-.

Note:

The installation position of CSA lever -5- relative to timing control shaft -12- is marked by notches. If the notches are not present then the position of both parts relative to one another must be marked using a scriber.

• ‒ → Remove circlip -4- and lever off idling speed adjusting rod -14-.
• ‒ Remove CSA lever -5-.
• ‒ Remove cover securing screws -6- and take off cover -9-.
• ‒ Renew cover/lever O-rings -8/13-.
• ‒ Install cover.
• ‒ Fit CSA lever as marked and secure.
• ‒ Install injection pump.
