G100 is a variable resistance. Depending on pedal position, the following readings are obtained when depressed from the rest position:

- Check resistance of G100 (with adapter cable V.A.G 1594/23) according to specification for switching stages, if defective, replace brake pedal position sender.

- If no open circuit, replace ABS hydraulic unit.

- Remove bridge after test
