Continuation for all vehicles

Loosen rear bolt -2- for right transmission mount a few turns and remove front bolt -1 for right transmission mount.

-

Slowly lower subframe using workshop crane.

-

Wheel out workshop crane and swing stabilizer downward.

Unbolt oil pan.

Notes:

Use 3185 flexible head spanner to loosen and tighten the rear inner oil pan bolts, and use T10058 hex ball socket to remove and drive in
bolts.

For vehicles with manual transmission: Both rear bolts on oil pan can be reached through opening on flywheel (arrow). Turn flywheel as
needed.

Remove oil pan. It may be necessary to loosen oil pan by hitting it lightly with a rubber mallet.

Swing oil pan to left at rear and slightly push subframe downward on left side in order to be able to swing oil pan over the subframe.

-

Remove any remaining sealant from cylinder block using a scraping tool.
