Left Front Level Control System Sensor -G78-, Removing And Installing

Sensor is mounted to stabilizer on left front suspension (in fender well) and is not externally adjustable.

Removing

CAUTION:

-

Switch off all electrical consumers.

-

Switch off ignition and remove ignition key.

-

Disconnect electrical connection -1- at sensor.

-

Remove hex bolt -3- (counter-hold at bolt/joint -4-).

-

Remove Torx screws -2- and remove sensor.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

Bring headlight into basic setting
See VAS 5051 Vehicle Diagnostic Testing and Information System or VAS 5052 Vehicle Diagnostic and Service System in mode "Guided Fault
Finding".

-

Check headlight aim.
