Remove cover -- for passengers side airbag against direction of travel (cover is held by four clips - arrows -).

Swing upward and remove hex nuts --.

CAUTION:  Electrostatic charges may result in involuntary deployment of the airbag. Therefore, the mechanic must be electrostatically
discharged before disconnecting ignition- and Ground (GND) wires. This is done e.g. by briefly grasping the chassis or door striker.

Remove hex bolts --, remove airbag units from support -- and disconnect harness connector --.

Installing

Installation is the reverse order of removal.

Switch ignition on.

CAUTION:  Make sure no one is in the vehicle.

Connect vehicle battery.
