Pull connector -A- off transmission vehicle speed sensor (VSS) -G38-.

Pull connector -B- off sensor for transmission RPM -G182-.

Only remove the bolts from the valve body which are marked with an arrow.
Bolt -arrow A- is not fitted and should therefore be ignored.

Do not remove any other bolts as this could influence the function of the valve body.

Detach valve body from transmission and guide out connector on wiring harness.
Installing

So that the wire does not become trapped when installing the valve body, route the wire with connector -C- according to the diagram.

Lubricate new O-rings for connector on wiring harness with ATF.
