Clutch Pedal and Over-Center Spring, Removing and Installing
Clutch pedal and over-center spring, removing and installing, 012/01W, 5 SPD. M/T
Removing

Remove drivers side storage compartment.
Make sure that clutch pedal switch - arrow - is not pushed out of securing clip. The thread of the switch will be damaged and the switch must be
replaced.
In order to assure sufficiently secure fitting, clutch pedal switch - arrow - must not be installed more than once.

Disconnect clutch pedal from master cylinder. To do this, pry out securing clip using screwdriver - arrow 1 - and remove pin - arrow 2 -.

Press clutch pedal securing clip - arrow 1 - off of pivot pin using screwdriver.

Unthread bolt - arrow 2 -.
^
Press clutch and brake pedal pivot pin toward right until clutch pedal can be removed.

If necessary, press brake pedal securing clip off of mounting bracket using screwdriver.

Remove clutch pedal and over-center spring.
