Install driveshaft so that colored marks from factory or those subsequently made are in alignment in order to prevent imbalance.
Driveshaft flange (arrow -A-) and rear final drive flange (arrow -B-) must be aligned.
Note: If a new driveshaft is installed and the factory made colored mark on the rear final drive flange is no longer visible, the rear final drive
flange runout must be measured. The colored mark on the driveshaft must then be aligned with the new mark on the rear final drive flange.

The radial run-out must always be measured when the flange has been removed.
^
The radial run-out can be measured when final drive is installed.
^
If a new driveshaft is to be installed and the factory made colored mark on the rear final drive flange is no longer visible, the position of the
maximum run-out (corresponds to the maximum distance from the rotational axis) must be determined and marked with a colored dot.
^
This colored dot must align with the colored dot on the driveshaft flange.
