Install connector in transmission housing with flat part -arrow A- facing toward oil pan.

Align dowel pin on valve body -arrow 13- with hole in transmission housing -arrow C-.

Place valve body in position so that pin of detent plate -1- engages in slot on selector slide -2-.

Tighten bolts (hand-tight) securing valve body -arrows-.
The bolt identified by arrow -A- is shorter than the other bolts.

Tighten bolts to specified torque, working from the inside outward.
