Press in clip - C - in direction of arrow until stop. 

^

Insert hose/line assembly - B - into master cylinder until line engages audibly. 

^

Check by pulling hose/line assembly. 

^

Insert rubber grommet - D - for return hose - A - into bulkhead. 

^

Push return hose - A - on connecting line of master cylinder until stop.

^

Remove Hose Clamps Up To 25mm Dia. 3094.

^

Tighten bolt - arrow - to secure pedal assembly to instrument panel carrier. 

^

Connect clutch master cylinder to clutch pedal. Engage new pin in clutch pedal. 

^

Bleed clutch system after installing clutch master cylinder.

Removing

First determine whether a coded radio is installed. In this case, determine the anti-theft coding.

^

Disconnect battery Ground (GND) strap with ignition switched off.

^

Lay a sufficiently lint-free cloth in plenum chamber below return hose to brake fluid reservoir.
