Slave cylinder plunger was probably inserted past clutch release lever.

Slave cylinder will be destroyed from a pedal pressure of approximately 300 N.

For comparison: Normal pedal pressure is approximately 115 N

Tighten bolt - arrow - to tightening torque.

For connection of hose/line assembly - B - to slave cylinder clip - A - must be pressed in until stop. 

^

Insert hose/line assembly - B - into slave cylinder until line audibly engages. 

^

Check by pulling hose/line assembly. 

^

Bleed clutch system. 

^

If removed, install exhaust pipe with catalytic converter and align exhaust system tension-free.

Install noise insulation panel below transmission.
