Unclip mounting frame for shift lever boot from center console at front and lift it upward - arrows -.

Turn back shift lever boot upward over shift knob.
^
Open clamp - arrow - and pull off shift knob together with shift lever boot.
Installing
Installation is in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
When connecting, shift knob must engage in shift lever groove around circumference.
