Destroy and properly dispose of all removed parts after claim is paid.

All removed fuel level sending units must be destroyed after the claim is paid.

Time Requirements / Reimbursement

To ensure prompt and proper payment, be sure to enter immediately upon completion of the repair work the reimbursement code as shown. Claims will
only be paid for vehicles that show the UR code in the OTIS View Campaign inquiry screen on the day of repair.

Where applicable, copies of loaner and fuel fill-up receipts MUST be retained with dealership's copy of the repair order.

Recall Verification

For verification, always check the OTIS View Campaign inquiry screen. The OTIS system is the only binding campaign inquiry and verification system;
other systems are not valid and may result in non-payment of a claim. 

Dealer Obligation

To ensure customer satisfaction, as well as minimize inconvenience to your customers, you are urged to service each vehicle at the scheduled service
appointment time, offer courtesy transportation or supply a loaner vehicle for the day. If necessary, pick-up a vehicle for repair, leaving a loaner vehicle
