Loosen ball housing nuts (arrow-A- and arrow -B-).

The ball housing must be set so that it is horizontal.

-

Then tighten ball housing nuts to 25 Nm. 

-

Loosen selector rod bolt (arrow).
-

The connection selector rod/selector mechanism must move freely.

-

Align shin lever so that it is positioned slightly to the rear.

-

The distance -a- for both ball stop lugs to ball housing must be equal.

-

Tighten selector rod bolt to 25 Nm. 

Functional check 

-

The shin lever must rest in the 3rd/4th gear gate when transmission is in neutral.

-

Operate clutch.

-

Select all gears several times. Pay particular attention to the operation of the reverse gear lock.

-

The shin lever must move from the 5th/reverse gear gate into the 3rd/4th gear gate on its own.
