Replace seal if damaged.
Check fresh air plenum drain (under battery) and area near drain for debris (see Warranty disclaimer below).

Remove any debris from plenum and ensure drain under battery for plenum is open.

Reinstall pollen filter housing (see Repair Manual Group 87-Air conditioning Dust and pollen filter from 10.00, removing and installing).

Verify proper seal position after installation.
When procedure applies to vehicles within the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, use the table.
