Diagnostic Scan Tool VAG 1551 with cable VAG 1551/3.

-

Reservoir VAG 1924.

VW ATF is obtainable as a spare part:
‹› Container size 0.5 ltr. - Part No. G 052 162 A1.
‹› Container size 1.0 ltr. - Part No. G 052 162 A2.

Caution!   Check with your parts department for latest part number information.

If ATF level is checked the seal (arrow) on the ATF level plug must be replaced.

 
 
ATF Level, Checking 

Conditions For Performing Check 
-

Transmission not emergency running, ATF temperature not above approx. 30°C (86°F).

-

Vehicle level.

-

Selector lever in Park "P" position.

-

Remove noise insulation tray.
