4. Magnets in depressions in on pan

Always clean when oil pan is removed

Ensure flush fit in oil pan

6. ATF screen
7. Gasket

Separate from ATF strainer using puller Kukko 1 8/0

-

Press onto intake neck of ATF screen

8. Bolt

-

Bolts securing valve body:

-

1 bolt M8 x 30;

-

16 bolts M6 x 60

-

Observe correct tightening sequence

-

Tightening torque: 8 Nm 

9. Valve body

-

Select correct version according to transmission code

10. Retainer

-

For wiring harness

-

Engage wiring harness on bracket

-

Secured with bolts for valve body

11. Bolt, 6 Nm 
12. Transmission

-

vehicle speed sensor -G38- and Sender for transmission output RPMG195

13. Spacer sleeve

-

Length: 8 mm 

14. Internal oil pipe

-

Always replace

15. O-ring

-

Always replace

-

Moisten with ATF and insert

16. Speedometer

-

vehicle speed sensor -G22

17. O-ring

Always replace

-

Moisten with gear oil and insert

18. Multi - function Transmission Range (TR) switch -F125
19. Bolt, 8 Nm 
20. O-ring

Always replace

-

Moisten with ATF and insert

21. Securing clip

Always replace

22. Wiring harness

-

Transmission fluid temperature sensor -G93 integrated in wiring harness

-

To replace: Remove and install valve body

-

Disengage harness from bracket -Item 10

-

Position of connector on harness: flat part of rear collar faces toward oil pan; lugs on collar are horizontal

23. Bolt, 6 Nm 
24. Sensor for - Transmission RPM -G182
25. Spacer sleeve

-

Length: 20 mm 

26. Bolt, 6 Nm 
27. Retainer

-

For solenoid valve

28. Solenoid valve 4 -N91

-

With O-ring

-

To replace: remove and install valve body

-

Moisten O-ring with ATF and insert

29. Solenoid valve 3 -N90

-

Without O-ring

30. Solenoid valve 2 -N89

Without O-ring

31. Bolt, 6 Nm 
32. Retainer
