Special Tools and Workshop Equipment Required:

Torque Wrench -V.A.G 1331-

-

Silicone Sealant -D 176 404 A2-

-

Hand Drill with Plastic Brush Attachment

-

Flat Scraper

-

Protective Eyewear

Procedure

NOTE:

Replace seals. 

CAUTION!!

A fluid seal must be used on engines that were originally equipped with a rotating plastic brush. 

WARNING!!

Wear Safety Glasses.

Clean sealing surfaces so they are completely free of any oil or grease. 

-

Cut tube nozzle at front marking (Nozzle 0 approximately 1 mm).
