Unclip trim - 1 - from B-pillar from top to bottom.

Press catches - 2 - in direction of B-pillar and pull out trim upward out of mounts in sill panel.
Installing
Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal.
NOTE: After installing trim, make sure that door seals are properly seated.
