Valve stem seals, replacing (with cylinder head installed)

3122B Plug spanner

3362 Valve spring compressor with thrust piece 3362/1

-

3364 Puller

-

3365 Fitting tool

VW 653/3 Pressure hose

-

VAG 1331 Torque wrench (550 Nm)

-

VAG 1332 Torque wrench (40200 Nm)

Removing 

-

Remove toothed belts.

-

Remove camshafts.

-

Remove valve lifters and place them with contact surface downward. Ensure that lifters are not interchanged.
