Install new breather valve hose assembly with new clamps. See Required Parts and Tools.

Install double hex head bolt into intake manifold where discarded bolt was removed (arrow). See Required Parts and Tools.

Shoulder from double hex head bolt effectively raises the securing plate to allow clearance for new hose assembly.

Reinstall securing plate over double hex head bolt.

Install shouldered hex nut over double hex head bolt (arrow). See Required Parts and Tools.

Securing plate fastener torque = 10 Nm

Illustration shows new hose assembly installed.

Reinstall remaining parts (engine covers, etc.)
