Unclip clamp for coupling rod -1- for vehicle attitude sensor -G78- from track-control link -2-.

Continued for all vehicles

Remove hex bolt -1-.

-

Remove ribbed nuts -2- and -3- and take out connecting rod.

Note:  To prevent the upper link joints from being damaged, support with e.g. VAG 1383-A to prevent spring extending too much.

Unscrew hex bolt-4-.

-

Take out track-control link.

Installing

-

Insert track-control link.

-

Tighten nut on joint pin

-

Tighten hex nut -1-.

-

Tighten nut -2-.

-

Tighten nut-3-.

-

Install new hex bolt -4- and new hex nut and tighten.

Notes:

Only use inner holes - arrow - 1.
