Quarter Window Glass: Locations

Side Window, Assembly Overview

1. Side window

Assembly sequence: First insert trim molding and then insert side window.

2. Trim molding

3. Hollow rivet

4. Clip

5. Seal with spacer (component of window)

6. PUR Adhesive seal material 

Bead cross section: 

Width = 8 mm
Height = 12 mm

Including excess material on  window and window flange
