The electric cooling fan can also be activated through the A/C pressure switch. This is a dual contact switch used to provide compressor cutout and
high-speed electric cooling fan operation. The electric fan is controlled by a normally open set of contacts that close if A/C high-side pressure rises
above 15 bar (220.5 psi). With the switch contacts closed, a ground is provided for the high-speed fan relay. This action allows the electric fan to run
at high speed and lower condenser temperature.
